If you wish to make an initial appointment or have not been seen by Dr Harris within the last two years, please arrange for a referring GP or Physician to send a letter to David Harris Dermatology, PO Box 71663, London NW3 9TF. You may also email the referral to [email protected] or fax to 020 7184 9459. We ask that you include a daytime telephone number on the letter so that we can contact you directly to arrange an appropriate appointment. You will be required to complete or update your medical history forms prior to your consultation and we therefore ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.
To book a review consultation please contact the clinic on 020 7431 5775.
If you would like to make an appointment for laser hair reduction or wish to have a cosmetic consultation with our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and do not have a skin condition or cosmetic problem that you wish to discuss with a Consultant Dermatologist, please contact the clinic on 020 7431 5775. A referral may not necessary for this visit.
Consultations and treatments with Dr Harris will be invoiced by our Medical Billing Company. If you have Medical Insurance and your consultation or procedure has been preauthorised we can invoice your insurance direct. We require a pre-authorisation code at least 2 working days prior to your appointment, otherwise you will be required to settle the fee on the day of treatment. We are happy to issue quotes in advance of treatment and would advise that you discuss this with your insurance company to ascertain what proportion of the full cost will be covered by them as you will be required to settle any shortfall.
Consultations and treatments with our Aesthetic Nurse will require payment on the day the service is received.
If you are unable to attend for your appointment we ask that you contact the clinic within 2 working days to avoid a cancellation charge. This enables the appointment to be offered to a patient on our waiting list or requiring urgent clinical assistance.
Please note that if you accept a short notice appointment within the 2 working day timeframe, the cancellation policy will apply.
